I had an appt. scheduled for Monday Dec. 11 at 4 pm. for 4 months. i received several texts and emails asking me to confirm my appt which I did. Then at noon I get a call cancelling my appt. I am self employed and lost a days work because I had this appt scheduled. This is the second time they have done this to me.
