I had an appt. scheduled for Monday Dec. 11 at 4 pm. for 4 months. i received several texts and emails asking me to confirm my appt which I did. Then at noon I get a call cancelling my appt. I am self employed and lost a days work because I had this appt scheduled. This is the second time they have done this to me. So how do I make up the money I lost taking a day off work and now they want me to reschedule so they can cancel it again at the last moment. My mother was visiting from Florida and experienced a problem , we were able to be seen quickly and her hearing aids were sent in to repair - the office staff and Lauren - all were helpful and knowledgeable. This was around the thanksgiving holiday and we experienced no problems- thank you!
