Dean is great. Office help, not so much.
This Miracle Ear office is awesome! Susan, at the front desk is always friendly and helpful and can answer questions and solve hearing aid issues. Dr Dean is the most accommodating person ever. It’s always service with a smile and he says to come in any time if you have a problem. He really knows his stuff and set me up with the best hearing aid for my tricky situation. I’m writing this review for my husband Ben Boomer who is a patient of Dr. Dean. The lady at the front desk is always friendly and very helpful. Dean is a great hearing aid specialist. Whenever Ben has a problem, Dean is so accommodating and tells him to come to the office and the problem is immediately taken care of. Thanks for your great service.
Very nice office visit,, the lady in the front area was friendly and welcoming, and Sarah and Dean were knowledgeable in helping me with my hearing problem and getting me set up with the correct hearing aids, Sarah was very sweet, and good at explaining everything. I like that they contacted my insurance to get me the best deal. So far I am very happy with my hearing aids and like that they come with the lifetime service.
