Very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge.
I was out of town and couldn't charge my hearing aids because my charger was flashing red. I found a Miracle-Ear office on 5811 Lee Highway in Chattanooga,TN and was cordially greeted by McKenna and Barbara, who cleaned my charger, and when it still flashed red gave me one of their adapters, which restored my charger to optimal functioning! McKenna and Barbara were both as affable and accommodating as they could be. If I had to pick one word to describe the quality of their customer service, I'd say STELLAR!!
