Our hearing specialist was Debbie Bleich, who owns the franchise on Niagara Falls Blvd. across from Trader Joe's. She has over 30 years experience and was absolutely top-notch in both her warm manner of communication and her knowledge and smooth ability to educate. One of us turned out to have some hearing issue, but not enough to meet the conventional standard for hearing aid. There was not a smidgen of sales promotion in the conversation. We highly recommend her for the free hearing exam she offers.

I felt very comfortable with the staff at my local Miracle ear store In Tonawanda, New York. My aids were adjusted perfectly to my hearing loss. Debbie explained all of the factual information to me and I am not having any serious problems at all. Thank you Debbie and staff!
