I received a phone call back in a few hours but unfortunately, the car sold that day. Too bad for us as it was exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent response time, very courteous on phone. Prompt and polite, but apparently they don't offer Audi certification so I was not interested
Everything was handled quickly and with prompt responses. We have only had the vehicle less than a week, but so far we are very pleased.
