After requesting more info and availability of the car, the dealer never contacted me. I contacted 2 other dealers and both contacted me. Minuteman did not. Note: The review questionnaire requires you to say whether the car was available, otherwise you can't submit the review. I answered "yes". However, I don't really know because I never heard from them.
Business response:
Jay, I don't see any leads that we have not responded to, I am sorry that somehow we missed the opportunity.
Tim GM, Jen F&I Mgr, John F&I, Eric Sales are Great! Responded but didn’t seem overly interested in getting me a price for the car. I followed up. Didn’t hear back after that. Moving on
I found a beautiful car in great condition at Minuteman Volkswagen. I worked with a salesman, Anthony Clarke, who was really great- very easy to work with and always available and helpful for any questions. John, the financial guy, was also terrific to work with. I would recommend this car dealership.n
