My daughter and I were there to look at the ELANTRA and when we walked in Mike is the sales person that I was supposed to ask for was with another couple and that held us up probably 45 minutes. And I had already been preapproved through another finance company and after they ran my credit and did everything else they decided that Huntington had the best rates and that’s who they put me with and I’m not real happy about that. They found a better vehicle for me and delivered it themselves. John is a great sales man.
I inquired online, the person asked all these questions, I wanted to know if the vehicle was available, and what I could get for my trade. After giving all the requested information, I was told they could get the information I requested, then someone else texted me,and i provided vin number of trade, photo no response, so I dont know .I asked what would be given for my trade, I am trying to find out the difference between the big bend and the outre banks, no results.
Great no pressure sales person. I probably would have bought from here but I didn't realize the car I was looking at didn't have ventilated seats initially and that was a must for me.
