Had an appt but they made me wait for 15 minutes even though there were two free salesman hanging out. After they were done hanging out one of them said he could help me. It took him another 10 minutes to find me in the system so by this time even if I loved the car (which I didnt( I would have never purchased it from Minuteman. During the test drive I was very honest with what I didn’t like about the vehicle which greatly outweighed the positives. The salesman Eric answered all my question and my wife and I bought a 2013 beetlle. Eric was very personable and professional.
