Do not go to the 9137 Middlebrook Pike location in Knoxville, TN. The doctor I saw was extremely condescending, arrogant, and tried to insinuate that I was wasting her time by coming in. I had scheduled an appointment a few days earlier but my symptoms have only gotten worse (i.e. chest pain, coughing up blood, etc. and I also have a history of developing pneumonia) so I went back in to see about getting an antibiotic. Went to this minute clinic for a pre-travel immunization. The practitioner was well-versed in her art and got me in and out efficiently.
I came here for a DOT physical, and the process was extremely frustrating and inefficient. I was told by Amy that I could return with a letter from my doctor without needing another appointment, but when I brought the letter back, she denied saying that and required me to schedule and pay for another visit. After multiple appointments and being told my medical certificate had been submitted, it still was not in the system when I went to the DMV.
