Good luck getting a hold of anyone when they mess up your billing.
It is impossible to speak to a actual person. The automation doesn't understand anything you put in. It took over 5 days just to get prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy because they refused to send the prescription to them. They give you the runaround anytime you call for prescriptions. Something should be done about this.
I have never encountered a healthcare provider with such an unnecessarily hostile, condescending, and unprofessional demeanor. I brought my son in for a sports physical, and Amy Lemay managed to turn an extremely simple appointment into an uncomfortable and horrible experience for both of us. With the many symptoms I was experiencing I thought it was important that I run down to the nearest minute clinic and get myself checked out so I had a COVID test a strep test and flu. The strip and flu they did in the office and it came out negative however the COVID test I am still waiting back the results after 8 days I find that unacceptable.
