Came here for the first time to get my daughter's sports physical done. Love the ease of scheduling online and check- in. The appointment was on time and two nurses took care of my daughter's physical. They were professional, experienced and made her at ease. The whole thing took about approx 20-25 minutes. Will definitely recommend this for anyone doing their physicals.
Waited 2 hours as a walk in before finally leaving. The provider saw two patients in that two hours. The time management at a “minute clinic” is severely lacking. Provider stated she was doing physicals all morning which doesn’t seem time efficient on a Saturday during the height of cold and flu season. Provider recommended I leave and go to pediatric urgent care next door for a non urgent matter. Not a great use of health care resources.
I have had to use this facility twice and I can’t say anything bad about it. The scheduling and check in process were easy. I saw 2 different providers and each time, they showed compassion. They listed to me and went above and beyond.
Easy to schedule and easy to check in. My insurance was in network so I had no copay! The wait time was minimal and I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. Close to my house and was able to request the lab that I wanted my specimen sent to. It was easy and will definitely use in the future
The NP we worked with was great - helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and witty. My son really liked her, and he wasn't excited to be there for a flu shot!
