I made an appointment a few days ago for Monday at 9:20am. I checked in at 9:10, and waited 45 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen - for a test that took less than 5 minutes. Apparently they are triple scheduling patients now. This puts a strain on both patients’ time and staff members, and is ultimately a bad policy for CVS to have.
Very professional and compassionate care. Easy to get an appointment, got the health care I needed.
Setting up an appointment was easy and the visit was able to pinpoint what was going on and what to do.
