I have had to use this facility twice and I can’t say anything bad about it. The scheduling and check in process were easy. I saw 2 different providers and each time, they showed compassion. They listed to me and went above and beyond.
Easy to schedule and easy to check in. My insurance was in network so I had no copay! The wait time was minimal and I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. Close to my house and was able to request the lab that I wanted my specimen sent to. It was easy and will definitely use in the future
The NP we worked with was great - helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and witty. My son really liked her, and he wasn't excited to be there for a flu shot!
Showed up 2 minutes late for my appointment time and had to wait 40 minutes (because she had someone is the room and another waiting after that) before she told me her computer is frozen and she can't do anything.
Great care and attentive.
