No point in making an appointment I sat for 45 mins to go in…. The doctor was nice but really a 45 minute wait after my appointment time.
Scheduling the appointment was super easy, there were a few people there which it was to be expected since it's flu season and everyone is getting sick. The nurse was very nice, very informative great bedside manner, and she took the time she needed to take for my needs, unlike when you go to your regular PCP where they're always in a rush and spend only about 5 mnts with you...I recommend if you need a vaccine or get testing done, go here, it's easy to make the appointment and the nurse actually listens to you
Provider takes walk-ins before scheduled patients. Consequently there is really no reason to set up an appointment at this location. They also refused to give any estimate of time as to when a patient with an appointment will be taken when they’re running behind. When the provider did finally call me into the examination room, she did not introduce herself, and I saw nothing on the wall telling who she was or what her qualifications were. these are very basic things that clinicians should be doing.
