Great service! Friendly and caring nurse and doctor, will go back. Such a nice experience especially since going to see anyone when ill is not the best place to start. I was very impressed with the staff and the process.
Understand - and this isn’t clear on the website - how walk ins work here. If you have an appt you’ll be seen within 30-45 of your time. Walk in, even if you sign up for the waitlist and are told a wait time, are NOT SEEN unless an appt cancels. If everyone shows up, they’ll eventually turn you away. If you can’t get an appt, don’t waste your time. Go virtual or to the Vanderbilt clinic. Flu season is tough but there’s no excuse for not letting patients know clearly that they may not be seen if all the appointments show up.
Even though I wasn’t feeling well I was treated with the utmost care and attention. I like how you make appointment online and get seen right away no waiting around straight to the provider. Taylor was awesome. Very professional knowledgeable and helpful. It is also so nice to get your meds right from the pharmacy instead of having to drive around town. Thank you! Highly recommend
Absolutely awful experience. I drove all the way there with my two children — one only 2 months old and the other 2 years old — just to be told they would not see me. No one notified me beforehand. They even made me wait 25 minutes in the waiting room while the staff already knew the nurse wasn’t going to take my visit. Summary: don't believe the walk in promise. Schedule in advance. Tried to schedule online and no slots were available. Website told me not to worry, walk ins were welcome. Attempted to call the location to confirm this but was sent to an automated national phone tree. Ended up walking in. Still had to check in on a kiosk which gave me no appointment options for that day. After a few minutes of waiting, was told the person in front of me was the last appointment.
