The minute clinic does not explain upfront pricing when scheduling a visit. I was surprised with a $100 fee because my insurance didn’t cover a pre-travel visit. Very disappointed and will not ever schedule with the minute clinic again.
My wife and I have attempted 4 visits (both walk-ins and appointments) for the MinuteClinic. Staff is overwhelmed and they don’t have supplies; we’ve waited hours and they’ve cancelled multiple times on us AFTER we’ve arrived and waited. Do NOT go here.
I had an outstanding experience with Liliana Esperanza, NP, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She did an excellent job thoroughly assessing and treating my ear infection, but what truly impressed me was how she went above and beyond to also address a separate concern regarding my blood pressure. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They do not respect your time and had me waiting 4 hours just to tell me that I’d only be able to be seen unless someone canceled. Complete waste of my time.
"Accepts Walk-Ins" apparently means come back in 5 days for first available. What an absolute joke
