I visited this MinuteClinic today and couldn’t say nicer things about it. The tech and NP were exceptionally professional, kind and provided me with an excellent level of care!
The minute clinic is horrible. The techs was chatting for a hour and it’s wasn’t lunch break and then let several people go ahead of me. Waited over a hour and they didn’t have a care in the world about my appointment or my time.
I called them they did a very nice job ☺️
I had a wonderful experience with the doctor here! Came here to get my ears cleaned and the doctor was wonderful and answered all my questions patiently!
What is the purpose of making an appointment if it only enables others to cut in line and highlights poor management? It's frustrating and unacceptable.
