I had an outstanding experience with Liliana Esperanza, NP, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She did an excellent job thoroughly assessing and treating my ear infection, but what truly impressed me was how she went above and beyond to also address a separate concern regarding my blood pressure. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They do not respect your time and had me waiting 4 hours just to tell me that I’d only be able to be seen unless someone canceled. Complete waste of my time.
"Accepts Walk-Ins" apparently means come back in 5 days for first available. What an absolute joke
I visited this MinuteClinic today and couldn’t say nicer things about it. The tech and NP were exceptionally professional, kind and provided me with an excellent level of care!
The minute clinic is horrible. The techs was chatting for a hour and it’s wasn’t lunch break and then let several people go ahead of me. Waited over a hour and they didn’t have a care in the world about my appointment or my time.
