It was 4:45PM, hours are to 5:30PM “Walk-ins” accepted. While at the kiosk we were asked if we had an appointment. No. “There are no more appointments today.” When we started to reply she said again that there are no more appointments today. I will NEVER return to ANY Minute Clinics!!!!!!! 2/7/2026.
Had no trouble getting to the clinic. There is a Self-Service kiosk when you come in to start setting up your appointment. I like being able to enter all of my necessary information myself. Once the registration and check-in were completed, took just a few minutes, they called me up to begin my appointment. Candice was amazing! Made and appointment 2 days ago. When i came in they took 3 people ahead of me. When i asked the doctor why she just ignored me. Why did i make an appointment if you arent gonna honor my time. Never coming back
Online it shows minute clinic and pharmacy is open 830a but as I came in the pharmacy is closed until 9. Update the hours online so this will not upset anyone! I have to now wait till they open.
