I rate my overall experience in getting a COVID-19 booster shot at CVS on West Boylston in Worcester as 7 out of 10. First, the pharmacy's customer-service woman with whom I spoke initially was unfriendly and inhospitable. Secondly - and more importantly and urgently - a poorly programed, computerized login system didn't log me in because CVS had misspelled my name, which, when I entered the correct spelling, the system rejected.
