Had a vaccination done because my employer required it back in August. My employer never got verification that it was completed. I called the minute clinic customer service to get a copy of my vaccine. They could not verify my identity because things weren't matching. Turns out the only thing that was correct was my first and last name! My DOB was wrong, my address was wrong, phone number was wrong, and even my email was wrong! Extremely offended disrespected and somehow discriminated by the African woman working at this location, I went this morning to have my test read she told I need an appointment ..I booked an appointment for 5pm left my work early, I get there at 4:55 shes sitting legged crossed with her phone on her hands and telling me to wait for 5pm while shes probably playing candy crush..really..
