More like several hour clinic. Made an appointment online only to be told I'd have to come back later after waiting for an hour at the clinic.
I have never had an issue with this MinuteClinic before, but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My daughter was seen by NP Amy Lemay. She asked about my insurance. After providing it, she told me I had a 25$ copay. I explained multiple times that my insurance does not charge for MinuteClinic visits and that I had just used the same clinic earlier this week for myself and my other child with no charge. I visited this Minute Clinic location few weeks ago for a COVID test. Before the test, I told Kaci Hughes, NP that I don’t want a check-up. Because check-up costs money, COVID testing is free. She told me that she can’t just run COVID test, she started doing the check-up anyways without explanation. I had to insist her to stop, she finally did - and she did not complete the checkup, but used my credit card info on file for an incomplete check-up, charged me $90. I saw Megan, PA recently at the MinuteClinic on Northshore. She was thorough with her examination and provided excellent care. I was also able to get an appointment that was quick and met my schedule. I highly recommend this location.
