Absolutely slow.
Horrible place! After spending 140 left w cheap cough syrup, enough for only 4 days, a cough and clogged ears! Didn't work! Nurse was not helpful as she laughed under her masked asking 100 questions!
My son saw NP Gustaveson Jan-Erik and his assistant last night and wow! Amazing and compassionate care. So detailed and informative. I have Kaiser insurance and after researching it found they accepted it but after going in, they said they didn’t but since he was having covid symptoms they would check him out. He ended up doing a full assessment and he was found to have the flu, double ear infection and possibly pneumonia and ordered medications to our kaiser pharmacy which were filled and covered no problem. Came here got in right away with an appointment. Was here for two hours. They are slow as molasses at performing tasks.
They never pick up the phone.
