This one star is specifically for the minute clinic, NP Jacqueline Pham. She is very rude as she delayed my appointment, so she can leisurely talk with other people, and denied me service as she is not knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend going to the minute clinic in Aliso Viejo, as patient care there is superb compared to Mission Viejo.
