I had an excellent experience. The nurse was professional and very polite.
The Nurse and student learning were great. Kind and listened to what I had going on. Was in and out in a timely manner with little wait. For a first shot at a minute clinic, this was a promising experience.
The site is wrong, they DO NOT take walk-ins. We walked in around 7:15 (they close at 7:30) and when the staff member saw us, they literally hid inside of the patient room until 7:30. I finally knocked and was told they were closed and couldn't help me.
Get great care with Dr. Anja Frazier at CVS Minute Clinic. She's friendly and knows her stuff. The clinic is easy to use and quick. You'll be glad you went!
My wife was ill and we walk in at this CVS minute clinic. When we tried to put details in the system the nurse practitioner came out of the room and refrained us to put our details in system and simply told us that it’s 6:50 pm and we can’t take you. Although it was all empty and there was no patient other than us and 40 minutes were still remaining before closing time. Very unprofessional attitude.
