I’m never going here again. I’ll start by calling myself a moron by giving them as many chances as I have. The last two times I’ve gone here, I was treated by the same lady. Both times I clearly had a bacterial infection of some kind and both times I was told it was “environmental”. Which to me is like saying the problem you are having is because you were born and continue to exist. I was having ear and throat pain, headaches and could barely swallow. Awesome service. Professional and friendly. No waiting and they accept insurance. For small things like colds etc. Perfect 👌
It was an easy check-in with no wait. The provider, JEANNE KEEFE, NP was amazing, pleasant and more thorough than my PCP. It was not her usual location or I would follow her anywhere.
Such a great experience. Very good listener and takes her time and helps you find stuff
