There’s too many hurdles to get a flu shot. They need information about every thing when you schedule but once you are there, you need to enter the same information in the kiosk. Then Nurse said she doesn’t have time even though we got there on time . It took 20 minutes of waiting to get flu shot
Had the opportunity to visit the minute clinic in CVS North Haven , it was a great experience, very clean environment, the nurse practitioner was very informative
So I had a confusing experience at the minute clinic. I’m still giving three stars though. The situation is that I had scheduled an appointment, and I got stuck in severe traffic. Called minute clinic online which is unrelated to the store itself so there was no way to tell the provider at 162 Washington avenue that I would be late. The line said that minute clinics however, do take walk-in appointments and that I would still be able to be seen if my appointment was cancelled due to me being late. NP Ashlee was lovely and very knowledgeable. Quick and easy appointment with medications ready very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
