The worst place. Do not come here. What’s the point of having an appointment if it doesn’t matter. I can 10 mins before my appointment and had to wait an hour just for the “provider” to tell us ( me and 6+ people) to schedule else where bc they are unable to manage time or do their job in an orderly fashion. So not only did they waste my time and everyone else’s but they’re unable to provide clear communication. Their reason was because other patients came in much later than they were supposed to. Our experience with Dr. Katheryn K at the CVS Minute Clinic is awesome. Her bedside manner is top tier, she didn’t rush yet completed our visit in a timely manner.
Don’t come before they close for lunch. I still had six minutes left and they told me their computer rebooted and that they couldn’t help me till after their lunch hour. Sounds a little fishy.
