The staff was wonderful and I got right in!
Went in to get my daughter her vaccination for college. Check in was a bit confusing. I received mixed instructions via text vs in person, but once checked in everything went well.
I paid $100 for the consultation and fast-forward a few months later they charge me additional $50 and they don’t even explain why they charged me. This sounds like fraud to me. I don’t recommend this place at all.
I scheduled a appointment the same day to have a ear infection looked at. My visit was quick and easy and I was able to pick up the medication I needed right from the CVS in less than 20 minutes after I was finished. Keep up the good work!
The worst place. Do not come here. What’s the point of having an appointment if it doesn’t matter. I can 10 mins before my appointment and had to wait an hour just for the “provider” to tell us ( me and 6+ people) to schedule else where bc they are unable to manage time or do their job in an orderly fashion. So not only did they waste my time and everyone else’s but they’re unable to provide clear communication. Their reason was because other patients came in much later than they were supposed to.
