New to the atea and needed a check up for work. Made appointment online and when I arrived I checked in online. Wait time was not long. Was seen by Cassaundra and visit went very well. Will be going back when needed and will take my family as well!
Kudos to NP Cassandra and Christine! I had an appointment at the CVS Minute Clinic and only had to wait a short time after my appointment time — honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. Once I was called in, I was really impressed with how the visit went. The medical staff took their time, really listened to what I had to say, and made sure I didn’t feel rushed at all. Went in for eye irritation, due to small piece of dirt or something. Sat in waiting room ALONE for the full hour just to be told that they wouldn’t help me. What’s the point of health insurance if the doctor refuses to help with something so trivial?! The main reason I’m pissed is because I CALLED BEFORE AND ASKED! They said it would be no problem.
