I can in on a Saturday to complete a TB test. My appt was at 5:50pm, wasn’t seen until about 6:20pm and after receiving the TB vaccine was scheduled to come back on Monday or Tuesday and couldn’t make it Monday so I came back on a Tuesday. When I arrived we waited about a hour just for her to tell me oh you didn’t make it In time and fell to mention the time I had to come back In To get it read, NP didn’t give clear directions upon receiving the TB test. I felt like she just wanted to me pay more money. So I left and said I ... read more

I asked if she could prescribe antibiotics and she said she couldn’t…why did I just waste my time for her to tell me to do something that I’ve already been doing? had I looked ... read more

I had to reschedule my TB reading because of my class schedule change, so I rescheduled my appointment online because the system let me choose another one. I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes and the provider and nurse ignored me. After the third time they passed me I said my name and that I checked in for my 1 pm appointment. The NP Kimberly Porter told me that I did not go to the appointment that they scheduled me for, and ... read more
