Super fast and convenient appointment even during the busy flu season. The nurse practitioner was thorough and right on time. I felt very comfortable with her and i greatly appreciated all her suggestions to help me feel better. I will seek nurse Kathryn out in the future if the need arises again.
My insurance promote the cvs minute clinic as a $0 copayment service. We’ve being using it for a couple of times and my visit in July They charged me $75 for a visit were all I got was some pills for a sore throat. It was their mistake and this has take a lot of time to be resolved. No one in that call center knows what they are doing. Everytime it takes 30 mins to finally provide a response that is not a solution. Im still waiting for my refund. Don’t go!!!
I had an amazing experience at the CVS MinuteClinic! Nurse Practitioner Vannessa Cestino was absolutely incredible. She was fast, kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The clinic was very clean and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Honestly, I wish she had her own office because I would go to her every time. Highly recommend!
It was easy to make an appointment and was taken in shortly after my arrival. The practitioner, Venessa Hernandez was extremely caring and professional. I am feeling much better after my visit. Thank you 😊
