We've worked with mint for the past two years, on around 50 transactions and they've never made a single error. Also their agent coaching programs are second to none, and they do a great job of helping to cross promote our brand. Top notch.

Everyone at Mint Title was awesome to work with! They made the process so easy and were very helpful. I loved how all the copies from our closing were put into a spiral binder form, instead of just stuffed in a folder. It looks very professional and just a nice extra touch we weren't expecting. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone buying or selling their house!

You have to be kidding me, was just in there 4 hrs ago. We were told that keys and check would be ready by today. Understandably things could happen, but to tell me that y'all don't even have the keys!!?? And after I mention that the lady who helped us told us by today and have the nerve to ask who helped us, and ask for my email ( something very important, that y'all should have), I'm assuming y'all probably didn't have my cell # to give me a courtesy call, instead of my showing up and having to request the bad news. Great atmosphere, and hands down the most superb customer service I've ever experienced! Thank you Janice, Kim and especially Christy. When our closer 'forgot' to wire our closing funds, Mint Title was very understanding and cooperative. Christy was gracious enough to stay after hours until I drove (flew) to their office to provide the funds. Carlos and I appreciate you all so much!
