Dr Higo is the first doctor that is actually taking into account how I have trained my body (in less than perfect) movement. He is working with my motor skills to retrain them. I am pain free from a heel fracture and sprain in under 3 weeks. I will continue to work with him to retrain my body so I do not injure it again.
