RecommendedThey are all nice and friendly. Quicker then most places to be seen! Everything I go in for they have taken care of me there! instead of being referred somewhere else. Labs and results are quicker than most! Dr. Blankenau is awesome!
I was sent here for a pre-employment drug test. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. People who got there way after me were being called back before me. For physicals, coughs, things like that. One guy came in for a physical and waited 15 minutes and was called back. Finally, after almost 2 hours, I got called back. It took me 2 minutes to complete the drug test process. Making someone wait 2 hours for a pee test is cruel. Employees lied and were rude. Steer clear of this place.
Love their customer service and how quick and easy it was to be seen. I also received my meds within 30 minutes from the pharmacy.
I went in for an injury to my hand. They were very friendly and efficient. They told me the wait time and they were actually faster than the time they said. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.
Went in for a DOT physical at 12:30. It is now 3:16 and still haven’t seen anyone. I’d leave now but they’ve already taken my payment of $75. Others are sitting the waiting room longer than me. They got the name right calling it “minor emergency”. They don’t seem to be in any hurry.
Had to get a quick physical for my son. The office staff was super helpful - even tracking me down when I left an item in the waiting area. I would definitely come back!
