It was a very positive experience. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful and the nurse and doctor I saw listened well and responded to my medical needs.
They were quick to assist my husband with his broken hand. They quickly got us in, examined, Xrayed, and got him in a splint. Despite our current situation it was cheaper than an ER visit, and a positive experience.
Near my home, great staff.
Service was great! Didn’t have to wait at all and everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend Minor Emergency to everyone.
Great group! In and out quickly and Dr spends all the time you want to discuss your issues!
Staff was very knowledgeable and compassionate. In the end we were (rightly) sent to the ER for my daughter’s issue, but they did everything they could to try and prevent that and treat her there. I felt like we were in excellent hands the whole time we were there. They even called to check on her the next day.
Very nice staff, sometimes the wait can be long.., but it is a minor emergency so that’s expected
This used to be our go to place but not anymore due to the unnecessary greed. Prices have gone up since our last visit and they have charged us the price of two flu swab tests($40 each) even though it was only one swab. We’ve all been tested for flu quite a few times in life and I’ve never had this happen. I thought it was a double charge but called and they verified they charge patients twice even though it’s one swab. We will not be returning here and will try the new place down the street next time.
Service was great! Didn’t have to wait long and everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend Minor Emergency to everyone.
