If you can love going to a doctor after regular hours, I do. Highly convenient. Pleasant. Generally little wait.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I got checked in right away but waited in the room for 45 minutes on the doctor. At least they had Looney Tune cartons on the tv.
It was great with the receptionist, nurse, and Doctor but when checking out the employee was very rude and lacked soft skills when dealing with people in general... Hopefully they will address the situation so that they can provide excellent customer service from start to finish.
You might have to wait a little but it's worth it. Friendly staff and always helpful and caring. Love that you are only charge an dr office copay.
My first time at this office. The receptionists were quick and concise. The nurse was great, friendly and seemed knowledgeable and made sure I understood my treatment plan. The doctor was wonderful, he spoke in a way that I could understand what all was going on and made sure I knew my options. The staff overall were very caring and helpful. I waited only about 25 minutes in the waiting area and the doctor was in about 10 minutes after the nurse left. Total time in the office was 1 hour, not too bad at all. Would definitely ... read more
These folks are awesome! I never mind having to wait for a little while because I understand that it is a "no appointment" office. All of the staff I have encountered have been professional, courteous, and extremely friendly with a positive customer service attitude. They really care about me and do what they can to meet my needs as quickly as possible.
