I have been using this facility since moving to Virginia Beach 4 years ago. The staff has always been extremely helpful, compassoinate , and empathetic,even during tough times. Dr McDermott has put together an excellent team to tackle whatever is ailing you. Most recenty, one of the physicians took some extra time to speak to me regarding an issue I wasnt visiting for at the time. Great practice! Excellent bedside manor with all clinical staff. Professional admin staff. Took my 7 year old in for an ear infection and had us out with prescription in 30 min.

My family and I have been going here for over 15 years for everything from poison ivy to spider bites. I went in today for a horrible cough that I’ve had for 10 days because over the counter medicines are not helping...only to be told they no longer believe in prescription cough medicine. We will never go there again!
It's so nice to have a doctors office that you can rely on being fast and efficient while still knowing that the nurses and doctors actually care about you. You won't feel like you're just another patient. Thank you for providing a clean, timely and caring experience every time we come even when you're crazy busy!
I was in and out in 30 minutes, very impressive. Reasonably priced for a visit $89. Everyone from front desk on through were kind and caring, friendly and accommodating. Having flu feeling so bad since last Wednesday, thought I would need chest x-rays, doc didn't hear pneumonia but gave me Z pack for bronchial, saved me lots of money by not having to do chest X-rays. Great place, great people & great service...thank you :)
