Minneapolis Grand Apartments, an UNDER rated gem. I have been a resident here for almost three years and while the area has a little bit of a shady reputation I have had zero issues. Yes I wouldn’t go out for a run by myself at night like I previously did when I lived in the suburbs but that is true with pretty much any part of the city.
