smells like smoke, dirty I went in for a tour. The building smells bad, the halls smell of cigarette smoke, no real valuable amenities and way over priced for what they offer.
The Apt is Nice and Good Manegment Everything is Good and stainless steel appliances and Nice dryer and washer. I've lived here for 2years and it is absolutely amazing I recommend anyone who works at the hospital to live here and very close to work and Everything including uptown and Downtown Minneapolis.

Do Not Live Here. Fights, shootings, leaks, water damage, poop on floors and sidewalk, smells like weed and cigs, flooding, half of the outlets don’t work, no Maintenence, no support.
sketchy management TERRIBLE! Management will tell you one thing and completely flip on you when it benefits their bottom line.
Do Not Move Here Dirty common areas, unresponsive management, crime infested neighborhood, drug use in the hallways, constantly broken elevator, rude maintenance staff.
Bad Management, Bad Area, Dirty Apartment I moved into Mpls Grand Apts in Oct of 2016. I never had an issue until this year in April of 2018. My apartment was broken into by the guy that lives one door down from me. He stole my wallet and keys, racked up tons of chargers which thanks to my bank I got back. He took my keys so I had to pay to get the locks redone at the dealership which cost me almost 1000 dollars. Unsafe. Rough Neighborhood. Bad Management The complex has a private underground garage and there are cars being broken into all the time. It comes in waves and it seems as though the thieves know someone in the complex and are being let in. There was a homeless man sleeping in my 3rd floor hallway, that the police had to forcibly remove. Management's response to all of this is to drop a flyer at everyone's door giving safety tips from the Minneapolis PD website lol Talk about not addressing the elephant in the room... Minneapolis Grand Very nice apartment, 1 br den. Very spendy for the location. Brand new stainless steel appliances in the apartment are great. For a young, right out of college couple, it is TOO EXPENSIVE. Close to churches, schools, and the hospital.
Minneapolis grand This is seriously one of the best apartments I have rented at. I love the apartments. Resonable prices, the application process was so easy and they walk you through it especially if you have no idea what you are doing if you are a first time renter. Also, Kelly, who is the property manager I believe, is the BEST. She will take care of anything truly. Weekly emails sent out to see if anything needs maintence and if so, they always get to it ASAP.
