The world famous Mining Camp Restaurant opened its doors to the public in 1961. The restaurant is located at the base of the beautiful Superstition Mountains in Apache Junction, Arizona. I loved this restaurant. I have been going here since the early 70's. Everything was wonderful. Hoping you rebuild. My entire family is heartbroken over the fire.
I grew up going to the Mining Camp....every time I've had company from out of state I brought them there. I'm in Arizona this morning on my last day of vacation before I head back to Colorado and woke up to the the devastating news that we've lost such an iconic place. My heart is broken. I will be keeping all of the staff, family and friends close in my thoughts and prayers...I am just beyond words sorry for your loss ��
