Our experience with dan in the service department is always great.
Could have done more in preparation for picking up the vehicle. Credit check could have been completed before picking up the car. Also there was confusion in your system about how much I had put down (put down $2500, you had only $500). Had to pick this up on my own. Jason was very complete and thorough going over the car.
I love my new car. Mike Brown, GM, was very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process, Jason Karpa was a fantastic salesperson, and doing business with Mitch Skeen, business manager, was a pleasure. Chris Lasko, however, lacked professionalism, transparency, and general customer service skills. I found his words and mannerisms to be condescending, dishonest, careless, and insulting.
The service was exceptional. I had a great experience.

This was our first Mini experience. We were initiated into the cult of Mini!! Jason made the whole buying experience so easy & was so knowledgable about everything Mini. Because of him (& the Mini being the featured car)we registered for the 2014 Vintage Grand Prix and got to parade through Oakland to Schenley Park & enjoy a catered lunch. We also were exposed to a gazillion versions of Mini & mini owners. Although I think all Mini owners have one thing in common; they think "outside the box". We were greeted promptly, the sales person was knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Buying a MINI (we've bought 3 from MINI of Pittsburgh) from them was a pleasant experience.
