Awesome experience from start to finish. Nita was great. She is very knowledgeable about the mini and I learned many things about the vehicle that I didn’t know. There was no pressure and she listened to my needs and what I was looking for. Joe was also very helpful with my different options on financing or leasing. I would recommend Clear lake Mini over the other dealership in town.
Was disappointed in the service I received and disappointed in the diagnostic skills I received on my car . They couldn't or didn't want to figure out why my account system leaked half the freon out . No sniff test and couldn't tell me what was going on . Wouldn't recommend taking any car there.
I leased a Mini Cooper Sport in Florida. I just returned it in Texas. Both the taking and dropping the car were very smooth and flawless. Excellent experience.
