Radar was an amazing service tech. My daughter car was dropped off Monday the Sunday before she needed to return back to college . Things were identified that was not planned due to the timing. Radar made sure she was back up and running and ready to get back on the road on time and safely. This is my second time having Radar as service tech and each time was an awesome experience.
Jessica was the best! She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent.
Our service provider, Jessica Chen, did amazing. She was so sweet and made sure we got the best deals on our repairs. Not to mention, she managed to get my car back to me a day early knowing I was on quite the time crunch. She truly went above and beyond and I can safely say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
