They were efficient and on time. I used the free Uber service and it really saved me some time. They also cleaned out my car and washed it. Very good customer service. Thanks.
Took my car in for state inspection, no fuss , great service. David is always nice and professional. However I was disappointed that my car was not washed, I'm not sure if this nice perk has been done away.

First impressions were really good when dropping Mini off for maintenance. I paid for two additional items to be fixed which was appreciated they identified. However, upon leaving, dash lights that I brought car in for, were still on and my OBD reader still identified SIX codes that need to be addressed that were… just ignored? I brought car back to dealer so they could immediately see the issues. They now need to order a part and rescan the vehicle to address the codes. Which now requires me to find time to drop off the car... read more
