They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

The office is professional and the staff is helpful and seem happy. Dr. Han is always attentive and listens to my ideas and answers my questions. I rarely wait for the Dr. during my visits and this is always helpful.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
