They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked current. I felt like everything was safe. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They followed up with me after my appointment. The staff really knows what they're doing, and are able to answer most of my questions.
Dr Mascia is horrible. I went to see him because my regular doctor was out of the office. It seemed he didn't really listen to me or my problems and wanted to rush me out the door. The worst part about the visit was he mis-diagnosed me. He said I "definitely don't have an ear infection." And that my problem was probably wax build-up. The next day I had to go on an airplane and was in agony from the pressure change. My symptoms were way worse after landing, and after two days of no improvement, I saw an out-of-state doctor wh... read more
