Dr Epstein is the WORST. Rude. Arrogant. He either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though he had my information right in front of him, I kept trying to explain it to him and remind him why I was there...But he literally did not let me get a single word in. all he did was lecture and speak over me.
