Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

The office was easy enough to find. Dr Epstein, while he introduces himself in a polite conservative manner, becomes during the assessment/ physical exam, one of the most disconnected, arrogant ,rude, condescending physicians I have ever been exposed to in my long medical career .I was brought to tears by his judgemental, cold attitude as I revealed a very difficult family situation I was dealing with. Yes, I believe he knows his medicine, but put on your armour if you want to deal with his personality disorder!.

This office was highly recommended to us from parents of patients who have been going to this office for years. We trusted this choice. We found that even though everyone was nice enough, no one really went out of there way to be overly happy except for the office manager, who is wonderful. I also felt that the doctor's re-pore with the children could have been a little bit more nurturing. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
