Here they staff is so horrible from maya...roxane....trisha...and leslie..they all fake they don't care about the safety of the resident...they have no class to find solutions...and worst of all they terminate your lessee with out explination.. We are currently Living in Fred Smith Properties Liongate and Rozann has been absolutely AMAZING to work with! She worked her tail off to get us the townhome we wanted and contacted us back immediately whenever we messaged her (which was a lot). She has hands down been the best leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! She is so genuine, down to earth, caring, professional and knows her stuff! I woudn't suggest leaving here. The townhomes are overpriced for the quality. I only stayed there for a year and had a maintenance request at least 3 times per month. I called them several times because my ceiling leaked water. The first few times they only patched the hole and didnt even paint to cover the damage. Finally, the maintenance guy admitted this was a constant issue they were having in other units and it was finally fixed. Live here and you will regret it!!! We moved in 3 years ago. Paid our rent on time and anytime there was a violation we corrected it. There is no manager on site. If you want to talk to someone make sure you call during their bogus office hours of 10-5. Otherwise you will have to email and wait days for a response. The only way you will know someone even exists is because your rent check isn't cashed every month. If you want a peep hole on your door, safety bar on the sliding patio, paint that doesn't smudge just by touching... read more
