Dr. Mingey lied and said that in my 9 minute appointment we discussed 5 subjects when we only actually discussed one which caused me too be billed $264 instead of the $120 that it should have been. The first six minutes of that 9 minute appt., Dr Mingey did not even make eye contact or speak to me. He was too busy with his laptop to even deal with me.
