Mineral Springs Mobile Home Park is the prime example of a park taking advantage of hard working families by creating a stream of passive income for the owners/management via constant “rule regulation fines”. We get fined for pretty much everything… for having an extra vehicle in your driveway, fines for a single cracked blind, they tell you what you can have in your yard, on your porch. Si estas pensando en mudarte no lo hagas cada día de todo quieren sacar provecho que cambies esto y lo otro a veces no tenemos el dinero para hacerlo por eso no se hace a quien no le gusta vivir en un mejor lugar? Pero a veces la economía no lo permite ...me arrepiento de haberme mudado aquí es peor que vivir en departamentos
