The staff at the Marion office is amazing!! But I can't say the same when you call in and it goes to a central office even though you press button to get to Marion office. Really annoying that someone from somewhere else, takes the call and promises to get appointment set up and it didn't happen. Went directly into Marion office and was taken care of. Best experience I've had very good for me
Really disappointed with the clinic’s lack of time management. Appointments rarely start on time, and I’ve had to wait way too long more than once. It’s super frustrating, especially when you’re already dealing with mental health stuff and just want things to go smoothly. The whole experience feels unorganized, and it ends up being more stressful than helpful. I hope they figure things out and start respecting patients’ time a bit more.
