I was nervous starting therapy again . She was wonderful and made me feel comfortable right away. She was a great listener and I felt heard.
Doctor was incredibly, kind, informative and compassionate. I was very nervous and emotional and he was so patient and supportive. No complex jargon or air of superiority that I have experienced with some medical providers I have met in the past. I immediately felt i could trust him to educate and treat me.
Doctor was very kind and supportive. I appreciate how she is comfortable to talk to and after just our first session, I can tell she has my best interest at heart.
My husband and I were on the MHS about wether or not we needed couples therapy, but it turns out we did, and we're both so glad that we took the plunge and chose Figs as our guide. He's helped us change our communication approach and allowed me to communicate with my partner from a much softer, more vulnerable place which in turned has helped him open up and share more of him
My consultant was friendly and courteous. Informative too. The whole process was quick and easy. Frustration free. MHS is not as pricey as other places, not cheap either, but worth it. I highly recommend.
