We recently spent 12 days in minden medical center for my daughter a foot injury that resulted in an infection. The care and concern shown to my baby girl at Minden Medical Center was second to none!! From the ER, the OR, Dr. Kirby, Dr. Lorincz, the nurses, housekeeping, pharmacy, the lab and anyone and everyone in between, all across the hospital they knew who she was and showed they cared in all kinds of different little ways. My sister been coming here over 30 years the service was horrible. No one to start IV or port after a two hour wait. And the nurses was just sitting there without a care in the world. When someone is in pain and can't do anything for themselves and to be treated as if she didn't matter or the seriousness of her condition was not important. MMC got to do better. Straight discrimination. What's the number to the CEO?? Oh I can't give out that info sad!!!!
My experience was very nice they made sure that I was very comfortable, my husband and I had no complaints. I want to thank my doctor Amanda Williams and the staff for making my stay pleasant.

My husband was on the third floor with Renee, Sandra, Elaine, and the student nurses. Everyone did such a great job especially Renee, RN. She went above and beyond. Thanks everyone for being so good to us. Thanks to the ER staff. They did a great job too.
