The er is horrible!! I have told my family I don't care how bad it is go on and take me to Willis knighton bossier er. The rest of the hospital is fine. The er staff is rude and will stand within ear shot and gossip about patients. I've been there with a family member and heard it.
Recommendedthe staff treated people with respected . never ever go to coway in mornoe my husband berron malone was treated really bad. some of the nurses and they where dark complex . he said ,to me He would not send a dieing dog over there. minden or shreveport or alex i would go if i had a choice
My gtanddaughter who is 3, running a fever, body hurting, only swabbed her throat, and did NOT have symptoms of RSV either... did NOT even swab her for the flu... It is PEAK OF FLU SEASON!!! After they swabbed her throat it took an hour to get results??? No, 10mins, takes only 20mins to get result for the flu... How do I know??? I work at Drs office... UNACCEPTABLE!!! By the way ER staff, she has type B flu... Tested today
I have been going to Dr Earnhardt as long as I can remember. Even though I live in Colorado now I still only see him. He fit me in today, Christmas eve, after a cold Ive been battling has progressively gotten worse. I will never go to another doctor. Staff is always very nice and helpful. So thankful we found him.
Communication needs to be improved!
My mother was in ICU a year ago where she passed away. The entire staff was very supportive and understanding. I have a great deal of respect and gratitude for what they did to make our stay as palatable as possible.
Went to the er out of a very real concern for my health, I was seen by the nurse practitioner who was nothing but rude, condescending, and completely dismissive. Rather than trying to alleviate my fears she was being openly insulting. I will be calling the state nursing board and filing a formal complaint with the hospital for her unprofessional, downright hostile and discriminatory behavior. sister came in with abdominal pain couple nights ago and they gave her benadryl and a script for nausea and sent her home. here we are couple nights later at bossier E.R. with some real doctors that found the problem. Minden is a joke! would never recommend!!
I will recommend the hospital itself but as for the emergency department it would be a big no Husband goes in with flu like symptoms. and they dont even test for gly and say its allergies. um last time I checked allergies dont cause fever chills etc. wEhat a joke ..hHe works with the general public and the flu is happening all around us.as we speak. This place is a joke for real.
