We've worked with Mindel Management for over a year now and have been immensely satisfied. They all seem like they are on top fo their game and plan on working with them for a good long time!
I will hold off posting pictures until we can get some resolution that was started by Eagle. We had a fire in late February which burned our kitchen and living room carpet. After repeated emails to follow up with claims for the fire damage to be replaced. In July, they confirmed they received the insurance money to replace the burned and damaged things in the unit. Some of the worst customer service and professional conduct I have ever encountered. As one person said, Mindel exhibits a lack of communication and transparency, and Aaron's go-to move is to become defensive when you contact him for an issue. After we sold our condo, Mindel deleted my account on its payment processing site WITHOUT DELETING THE AUTOPAYMENT. I currently live in a building managed by Mindel. I recently was having power issues and Pepco told me I needed to contact my building. I received a callback from Penny. She was rude and unhelpful. I was trying to understand if she was a maintenance person or not but she was refused to give her title. Apparently the building I live in doesn't even have a maintenance person. They do a horrible job maintaining common spaces. The laundry room is always filthy. Trash litters the outside of the building. There is a rodent problem... read more
Incredibly rude and unprofessional. They sent me a letter asking payment for an invoice and then when I called to ask for more information they yelled at me. Good luck getting payment lol
