This place is awful. I haven't once had a prescription refilled on time. Each time it's nearing when I need a refill, it takes several days after I'm out of meds for the psychiatrist to put in a refill.
I’ve just started working with Richard Yadon and he has been fantastic thus far! I was quite nervous for my intake/screening process but truly did not need to be. He listened, was very attentive, explained everything very well and really made me feel at ease. Since then he has been extremely responsive over the online portal, so my questions aren’t going unanswered. It’s been a great experience so far!
Richard is professional, but with a personal approach. I appreciate that he wants to create the right plan with clear steps to achieve it.
Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He really listened to what I am experiencing and he’s made a big difference in my overall quality of life.
