Griffin has created a very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment - AND HE KNOWS HIS STUFF! He very much reads you and determines what you need. He doesn't have a cookie cutter approach where everyone is the same. He also has something that I've never seen in a fitness facility - an incredible amount of recovery enhancers - from compression pants to an infra red sauna and a bunch of massage and stretching products. What I also love about Griffin is that he can work with people of any fitness level.
I trained with Griffin for over a year and I am so grateful for everything he has taught me. From using proper form and breathing techniques to making smarter eating and drinking decisions, he’s left his mark on my daily routine. I am stronger, healthier and have more flexibility. In my experience, Griffin is an excellent personal trainer. His clean, light filled gym in West Asheville is fitted out with top notch equipment, all in excellent condition. I have been training with Griffin for four months and have seen solid results, lost four inches off of my waist and gained a bunch of muscle.
