Killer workout with a really impressive variety and quality of equipment. They also really took seriously my back issues and made a bunch of accommodations without me having to push at all. Highly recommend.

The Athletic Body is a great gym and team! Coach Hoop and Coach Kelly are great energy and very helpful. The gym is a fantastic environment and there is a good variety of equipment. Awesome soundtrack as well.

What a warm, inviting space and team! I really enjoyed the circuit training that was offered, especially on a day when I couldn’t manage to motivate myself. You can alternate how heavy of weights you want to use because each person has a station stocked with equipment. The music and attentiveness Coach Hoop gave helped push me towards a better workout as well!

Such a great workout at The Athletic Body! Coach Hoop and Kelly had awesome energy and kept us motivated the whole time, plus the music was super fun and made the class fly by. I loved how they mixed it up with different equipment and exercises to keep your body guessing. The space was really clean, everyone was super friendly, and the overall vibe was just positive and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun, effective workout that keeps things fresh!
