This is THE Total Body Workout – I should have started taking Griffin's amazing kettlebell classes months ago. I have to buy a whole new wardrobe in much smaller sizes because of him and I'm loving it. Plus I can feel how much stronger and healthier I am in addition to leaning down. Griffin is a very dedicated and motivating trainer who exudes genuine care and concern for his clients and their total health. Go to class, stick with it, it will change your life for the better!
Read my hips! – I started working out with Griffin a couple of months ago. I do mostly one on one training, but also try and go to one class a week. They say whatever doesn't killl you, only makes you stronger.... – well, i'm still trying to figure out which one griffin's kettlebell classes are going to do to me.... but I can definitely say I feel the effects. Find Your Strength! – When I first met Griffin, he had been assigned to me after I had burned through two other trainers in a matter of months. The first trainer did not respect my limits and I ended up with a cracked rib. Yeah, crazy right? The second trainer just flaked out on appointments. Short cut for weight loss! – Griffin's Kettle Bells class is a great intense strength training/cardio work out. It's much better than lifting weights at the gym. I definitely feel I work harder and get a better work out. The first time I took Griffin's class I didn't realize how much you work out your legs and at the same time you are working other muscles.
