I am recently retired and still in excellent health with near perfect mobility. I contribute a huge part of this to my massage therapists! Instead of taking pain meds - if I have an excel use injury or most any ailment - I see Ray and Stephanie! They have helped manage injuries to my shoulders, knees, hips and neck - WITHOUT the need for drugs! I see them weekly for the past 15 years - most of that time I was working in a high pressure career and my weekly massage helped me eliminate the stress and stay healthy - no colds or... read more

I was having severe neck pain and remembered that a friend of mine had recommended Mind and Body Works to me. I called and was able to get in the same day. Stephanie took time before the massage to talk to me about my issues and my needs. She told me she could help with my plantar fascitis. I was very excited to hear that! I had never thought about massage for that. The massage was just what I needed for my neck. She even spent time talking with me afterwards to tell me what she had found and how she could help me. I really ... read more

Great place. These folks are pros. – I have 2 jobs that make me susceptible to back and neck problems. I spend a majority of my week days at a computer. On the weekends I play guitar and sing in a local rock band. The pressure from my guitar strap coupled with my poor sitting and standing posture developed a knot in my left levator scapula ( shoulder blade) that caused me a great deal of discomfort. The muscles in that area were always flexed and I could not relax them. This stress spread along the nerve line up to my neck a... read more

They did a great job of identifying my problem area and working it out. I was thinking of selling my Mini-marathon bib 2 weeks prior to the race but instead, Bigler's got me taken care of in 3 visits and I was able to complete the race and set a PR for my half-marathon time. Incredibly inexpensive, relaxing atmosphere and knowledgable professions.

Best of all places in Indy to get a great massage!. Awesome deep tissue but also provide several other types of massage if deep is not what U want. Very knowledgeable & reasonably priced!! Location is VERY peaceful. You feel relaxed as soon as you arrive.

I've known Biglers since September 2003 when I consulted them for a plantar fascitis "flare". Their concern for the client's well being is clearly displayed from the beginning. They offer aggressive "stretching" therapy as well as massages that are less vigorous and always offer helpful techniques on how to continue the work at home through stretching exercises. Biglers are personable and knowledgeable massage therapists whom I highly recommend.

We recently met Stephanie when she came to our home to give us massages and also to give me instruction on massaging my dog. She was the ultimate professional and spent a great amount of time with us. My husband & I were very pleased with our massages and would love to have one every week :-) The relaxation of a massage is even greater when the therapist will come to your home. No worries about driving afterwards - just melt into the bathtub. What a treat that everyone should afford for themselves. We felt very comfortable h... read more

Simply the best! I have been seeing Stephanie for about 8 years and can honestly say that she is the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. Good prices, relaxing atmosphere, professional, warm and genuine! She cares deeply about wellness, social responsibility, and the environment. I am lucky to have her as my massage therapist and try to see her every chance I get :)
